Microsoft is a one of the leading software company in the world. This company will start to escalate the workers soon. The rate is going to be high as 5000 workers.
The financial crisis is prevailing among the companies, that too this affected software and banking sector badly due to this the many worker where sacked from their job with out any intimation. This gave some strength to companies. Microsoft is a company which has not started to get out their workers. But recent news is not good for the workers in Microsoft;
About 5000 workers will be given their escalations all over the world this will be done with in 18 months. The first batch of escalation was started; around 1400 workers where sacked out from the job.
But, the good news for Indian workers are that, the escalation will not have any impact in India as their will be no escalation in India.
