Chennai Super Kings won the match against Royal Challengers by five wickets. It is a great win for Chennai as they lost four matches on a row before this match. This match was superb and went till the last over. Royal Challengers won the toss and elected to bat, they scored 161 in twenty overs. In chase Murali Vijay dashed the Challengers bowling attack, he scored 78 runs and made Chennai Super Kings to sit in the driver seat. Even though wickets fell at the last few overs, Raina came to rescue and scored the winning runs. Rain scored 44* runs for Chennai Super Kings. Murali Vijay is named as the Man of the Match. Chennai Super Kings scored 6 points in seven matches, they have to get five wins in the next seven matches so that they can go to semi final spot. Royal Challengers have eight points after playing seven matches.
