Republic day is one of the best day for any Indian citizen. In Chennai the celebrations will take place in beach road. Other than hosting the flag, there will be military parade which will give honor to our nation, then some of the army weapons which show off our strength will be displayed, lots of dances and cultural programs will be done by school students. Even though i didn't get opportunity to see this celebration directly i won’t miss this event in TV. My first program in TV will be this. To all Indian citizens "Happy Republic Day 2010". Proud to be Indian.
How to avoid terrorism:
If u ask a child are u happy on this day he will say "In my school they gave me chocolate and they also gave me leave on this day so iam happy". But that child doesn’t know exactly what Republic day is. It is every parent’s responsibility to teach their child what it is exactly, how to be patriotic to our country. Today parents are teaching their children to read well and go for good job. it is not enough, they also teach them to serve nation with their job. As they are going to be the future of our mother land they should be bought rightly so that our country will be heaven for living. By this way we can get rid of terrorism in coming future.
