Chennai won the match by 23 runs

It was a huge game for both the teams Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. What do you say if both the setting team and chasing team scored more than 200 runs on board. Hope friends you would have seen this match, if not see the highlights. This full match was like super T20 match, Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat first, from the first over the dashing started. Murali Vijay scored a brilliant century and took Chennai to a new heights. He entertained the crowd with 11 massive sixes and eight fours. Later Morkel joined the party and entertained the crowd with five huge sixes and and three fours. With Vijay and Morkel scoring 127 and 62 runs Chennai Super Kings scored 246 runs making Rajasthan Royals to do a highly tough job. In chase Royals looked solid, except Bollinger all the Chennai bowlers where conceding runs. Nariman Ojha and Shane Watson scored 94 and 60 runs for Rajasthan Royals. But the massive target looked unachievable by the Royals as they fell short by 23 runs, they managed to scored 223 in 20 overs. Murali Vijay was named Man of the Match. This win would have given Chennai Super Kings lot of confidence and hopes for the semi finals. Even though Rajasthan Royals chased well the loss will make them to change the plan for the next match.
